At Marlan Ready to Wear, we do not offer refunds for returned items. However, we are happy to accommodate size exchanges and product exchanges for store credit. Please note that exchanges are only applicable for our Ready Stock products. Custom-made products cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you need assistance with sizing or wish to exchange a product, please contact our WhatsApp for support.
The product exchange must be returned in perfect, saleable condition, with all original labels and tags attached, and showing no signs of wear or washing. This includes returning the original tags along with a completed return form.
Additionally, we kindly request notification of your intention to return, and the product exchange must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
